What is a keyword?

An SMS keyword is a word or phrase that can text to your number to sign up for future text messages.

For healthcare customers who want to allow their patients to join their text-based survey offerings powered by Exer's technology, we assign unique keywords to them and help them communicate those keywords to patients.

Text-to-Join

This keyword-based system of engagement is called Text-to-Join and makes it very easy for any patient to enroll themselves in PRO surveys or to complete intake surveys.
