  1. Inform patients of Exer and PRO campaigns (value, purpose, goals) - provide PRO Takeaway Handout.
  2. Simple sign-up: Text location keyword, save phone # as “Clinic / Office/ Location Check-In”. See location handout.
  3. Surveys begin immediately - data collection begins when responses from patients begin.

Notes

  • Real-time alerts for falls or other health concerns.
  • Supports adherence rates with at home therapies and supports/enhances plan of care.
  • Ensure patients understand actions required by them with PROs (daily text with link).
