We DKIM-sign messages with a MAIL FROM of mail.exerai.com and have a matching SPF record on that domain.  If emails are not being received, you may explicitly whitelist that domain in your firewall. 

Our team may also send emails from our Google-Hosted mail server with the domains exerai.com or exer.ai.

Sometimes healthcare professionals experience connection issues when running Exer's apps in a clinic, hospital or senior residence.

Our client apps communicate with our backend API hosted at motionengine.app.  

Ensure that devices on your network are not blocked from accessing this domain.  In a browser, navigate to https://motionengine.app/ and verify that you see a success message, as an initial check that the connection is not blocked.
