  7. Code #98980 (Treatment Management Services - First 20 Minutes)
  8. >Bill at the end of each calendar month in which the healthcare provider spends at least 20 minutes on assessment and evaluation including one interactive communication with the patient. This code covers the initial 20 minutes of treatment management services.

  10. Code #98981 (Additional Treatment Management Services - Each Additional 20 Minutes)
